TIM JOHNSON

Tim Johnson has over 25 years experience of combined healthcare private equity, M&A and financial advisory experience. He has been an active investor and board member and led the growth in numerous healthcare companies including: LabConnect Inc., BioInformatics Inc., Pathology Inc. (exited), DrugScan, Inc. and DSI Medical Services (exited), and DCL Medical Laboratories (exited). Tim has been a Partner at BroadOak Capital, was a co-founder of Mt. Weather Capital, and founding partner of England & Company. Previously, he was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney, CIBC World Markets, and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co. and began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen.

Tim earned a B.S. in Accounting (magna cum laude) and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Maryland.

ERIC I. RICHMAN

Eric Richman has more than 25 years of experience as a life science executive and venture investor and has been instrumental in the growth and success of a number of life science companies. As a member of the founding team of MedImmune, his responsibilities included the commercial launches of rare disease and oncology products, and he served in various roles in strategic planning, business development and international operations. In addition, he has worked at lifescience venture funds as a Venture Partner and Operating Partner. Eric has served as President & CEO of PharmAthene and Tyrogenex. He currently serves as a Director of several biotech companies including ADMA Biologics, Neubase Therapeutics, Zyversa, and others. He currently serves as Chairman of LabConnect, Inc. and former Board roles include PharmAthene, Inc., LEV Pharmaceuticals, Tyrogenex, Inc., Siga Technologies, and American Bank.

Eric earned his BA of Biomedical Science from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and MBA at the American Graduate School of International Management.

DAVE ROTHENBERG

Dave Rothenberg has been a healthcare entrepreneur for over 20 years. He co-founded Privia Health, one of the largest and most successful independent physicians groups in the US, with operations in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Georgia, Texas, and Florida. He also co-founded MDLinx, one of the largest physician portals and doctor-focused market research companies in the US. MDLinx was acquired by a division of Sony. Prior to building healthcare businesses, Dave worked at the US Department of State advising on development strategy for the former Soviet Republics, for the International Rescue Committee following the civil war in the Republic of Georgia, and for Lutheran World Relief during the famine in Somalia.

Dave earned his AB at Princeton University, his MPhil at University of Cambridge, and his JD at Harvard Law School.

HARLEY CARROLL

DIRECTOR OF REAL ESTATE
Harley has been the founder and president of HMC Properties, a full service commercial real estate solutions company. His firm specializes in formulating and implementing corporate real estate strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of local, regional and national clients. Having completed over 700 real estate transactions in 35 states, Harley is an expert on the early phases of strategic planning, market analysis and site selection, as well as deal negotiation, site acquisition, planning, design and construction/project management. In addition, Harley has significant healthcare real estate experience. Most recently, he completed the site selection and/or development of 148 MedExpress Urgent Care clinics across an 18-state region.

Harley earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Public Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

DR. GREG GOTTSCHLICH MD, FAAAI, FACAAI

Dr. Gottschlich is a nationally-recognized immunologist and founder and Medical Director of Horizon Infusions in Cincinnati. Dr. Gottschlich is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a sub-specialty in Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. He is a Certified Physician Investigator and has been conducting clinical trials since 1988. He received his medical degree from the College of Medicine at the Ohio State University and served as the president of the Cincinnati Allergy Society and the Ohio Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Gottschlich is a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
